Terms of Service
This end user agreement (the "Agreement") should be read by you (the "User" or "you") in its entirety prior to your use of Dogezilla.site's service or products. Please note that the Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Dogezilla.site (referred to herein as "Dogezilla", "us" or "we") which owns and operates the Internet site and services found at www.dogezilla.site (the "Service").
By using the Service, you consent to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, Dogezilla grants the User a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service on your personal computer or other device that accesses the Internet in order to access the faucet, cloud mining, offerwalls, and other features available on the www.dogezilla.site website.
Age Restrictions: The Service is not for use by individuals under 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
Legality: It is the User’s responsibility to ensure that their use of the Service is lawful within their jurisdiction.
Ownership: Dogezilla and its licensors are the sole holders of all rights in and to the Service, including code, structure, and intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or modify the website.
2. NO WARRANTIES
Dogezilla disclaims any and all warranties, expressed or implied, in connection with the service which is provided to you "as is." We provide you with no warranty regarding its quality, fitness for purpose, completeness, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
3. YOUR REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
By using the Service, you represent and agree that:
There is a risk of losing cryptocurrency when using the Service (including through mining or participation) and Dogezilla has no responsibility for such loss.
You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on DOGE awarded to you.
You are not currently self-excluded from any gambling or similar earning sites.
4. PROHIBITED USES
Personal Use: The Service is intended solely for the User’s personal use. You may not create multiple accounts.
Abuse: Any cheating method used to obtain rewards (e.g., botting, multiple accounts for the faucet or offerwalls) will result in a permanent ban. Dogezilla owns the final interpretation right on activity rewards.
Jurisdictions: Residents of Burundi, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, North Korea, South Sudan, Vietnam, and other restricted regions are not permitted to use the Service.
5. CLOUD MINING & OFFERWALLS
Cloud Mining: Users acknowledge that cloud mining involves virtual allocations and is subject to the site's operational stability.
Offerwalls: Rewards from third-party offerwalls are subject to the approval of the provider. Dogezilla is not responsible for delayed or denied rewards from third-party offerwall partners.
Currency: The Service operates using a single currency: Dogecoin (DOGE). All rewards and withdrawals are processed in DOGE.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall Dogezilla be liable for any special, incidental, direct, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or business interruption) arising out of the use or misuse of the Service.
7. AMENDMENT
Dogezilla reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Service shall be deemed to attest to your agreement to any amendments.
